I’m making this again this evening, and have a passed it on to quite a few friends. It’s easy and super delicious. The fruit is optional, but make sure you include the bitters.
The weekend after thanksgiving invariably calls for a healthy helping of Champagne Punch. Our team of mixologists used ingredients in the house to come up with the following recipe. Our gathering of family and friends drained three huge bowls.
- 4 bottles Champagne or Prosecco
- 2 cups of Brandy
- 1/8 cup Triple Sec
- 1/4 cup Grenadine
- 10-12 dashes of Bitters
Serve in punch bowl with mixed berries and ice.
